Please make a note. We have 10 stores and we will do our best to support and serve each and every one. Even Though we have a fully staffed support desk, at times the response can take up to 5-8 hours. Yes, we do have lunch time and get time off occasionally. We will do our best to respond to tickets within hours! We will always strive for that. We just appreciate your patience if it takes longer. ALL tickets will be answered.
