Alrose Group of Companies shares the responsibility with Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y) in creating young professionals without making their disability a hinder to their future. LP4Y is an NGO whose mission is to assist social and professional integration of Young adults facing extreme poverty, disability and out-of-school youth. In this partnership, Alrose Group of companies trained these young professionals and to develop and enhance the following:
